Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.

Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), JLPT N2 and above
Graduated High School or higher education.
Having working experience in E- commerce industry
Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.

Income up to:
22.000.000 - 23.200.000 VND/month.
Base salary: 21.500.000 VND.
Meal Allowance: 500.000đ VND.
KPI Incentive: 900.000 – 1.200.000 VND.
Night shift allowance: 30% base salary.
100% salary in 2-month probation time
